Angelina Pivarnick’s engagement to Vinny Tortorella is off to a rocky start.
The “Jersey Shore” star called the cops to her and her fiancé’s home in Freehold, NJ, after an alleged altercation between the two, Page Six can exclusively reveal.
A police report obtained by Page Six shows Pivarnick dialed 911 after an alleged instance of domestic violence; however, upon the authorities’ arrival, she declined to press charges against her beau.
A FOIA request also said a “criminal investigatory record” was made in light of the alleged altercation.
“I can confirm that Angelina did in fact call the police to her home. After speaking with the officers, Angelina decided not to file charges,” Pivarnick’s attorney, James Leonard Jr., told Page Six in a statement Wednesday.
“This matter is now closed. Moving forward, Angelina would ask for privacy as it pertains to her personal life.”
Tortorella’s attorney, Elizabeth Rozin-Golinder, also told Page Six that he and Pivarnick are still engaged despite the incident.
“My client and Ms. Pivarnick are still engaged and are still residing together. Mr. Tortorella denies any act of impropriety that would warrant police involvement and denies any act of domestic violence occurred,” Rozin-Golinder said in a statement.
“No charges have been pressed against my client by Ms. Pivarnick or law enforcement. I ask that his privacy be respected in this regard.”
A source also tells Page Six that the couple is currently filming the MTV reality show’s next season.
“Angelina and Vinny are still engaged and are still very much in love with one another and they are both actively filming ‘Jersey Shore’ Season 7 that will air in the fall,” our source says.
Tortorella and Pivarnick, 37, became engaged during the latter’s “divorce” party honoring her the finalization of her split from her first husband, Chris Larangeira.

“I love you so much. A lot of things in life aren’t guaranteed, but something that I’ve learned since I met you is loving you is gonna be guaranteed for the rest of my life,” he told Pivarnick during the filmed proposal while the rest of the cast watched in surprise.
“If there’s anything beyond life, I want us to love each other, do everything — good, bad, little, big — I’ll always have your back, I know you’ll have my back,” Tortorella continued.
“I want to grow old with you, I want to experience everything with you. I wouldn’t want to experience it with anyone else — together, as one.”
The proposal, which was actually filmed during co-star Vinny Guadagnino’s birthday in November, aired in April, so the couple had kept their engagement under wraps for months.
While the cast congratulated Pivarnick, who recently deactivated her Instagram account, and Tortorella at the time, some of their tunes have changed.
“Just one of Angelina’s fiancés, you know?” Guadagnino said on Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” podcast earlier this month, acknowledging his “Jersey Shore Family Vacation” co-star’s four engagements in total.
“They pop up every once in a while, so this was this one.”
The “Double Shot at Love” alum, 35, continued facetiously, “We always treat them with respect; usually they treat us with respect, and that was it. So, he’s a nice guy, and maybe in a couple years she’ll trade him out.”
